Troubleshooting of ydz-30 self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank:

1. Ice blockage of liquid nitrogen tank usually occurs at the supercharging coil and sometimes at the discharge pipe. This is due to the water in the air entering the container, which is not fully discharged, and condenses into ice at low temperature, blocking the pipeline.

2. The solution is to fill the container with nitrogen from the nitrogen bottle, raise the pressure inside the container to 0.05mpa-0.09mpa, and empty the liquid medium inside the container; then blow off the ice blocked pipe with hot nitrogen or dry hot air, blow the ice and discharge it, and close all valves.

3. There is leakage at the valve, which is caused by the loose sealing of the compression nut of the valve, which is tightened with a wrench.

After receiving the self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank, please check whether there are bumps on the appearance first. The appearance collision will easily cause leakage points and affect the continuous low temperature performance of the container.
