In ultra-low temperature environment, the properties of metals or rocks which need to be observed by nuclear magnetic microscope are not easy to change. The self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank is mainly used to supplement liquid nitrogen for these laboratory instruments.
Precautions for handling self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank for nuclear magnetic microscope:
1. Each ydz series product is equipped with universal caster. As the tank is in vacuum state, pay attention to the rhythm when moving, and move slowly. Do not collide and bump at will! When the shell is sunken, it will affect the appearance of the container and change the internal structure!
2. When lifting, the steel wire rope should be set on the supporting ring, and the lifting should be vertical and stable. It is not allowed to pull and play or tilt!
There are two simple methods to estimate the residual liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank. The details are as follows:
1. Liquid level gauge estimation algorithm: insert the level gauge into the liquid nitrogen tank and take it out after about 15 seconds. When liquid nitrogen contacts with normal temperature air, it will form frost. According to the proportion of frost, the residual liquid nitrogen content is estimated.
2. Weighing method: first weigh the empty tank, then weigh the weight of the tank containing liquid nitrogen and subtract the weight of the empty tank to calculate the content of liquid nitrogen
