During the process of infusion and infusion in the self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank, it is suggested that:
1. Infusion, generally speaking, is from the liquid nitrogen tank to output liquid, first close the vent valve, and then open the booster valve. At this moment, carefully observe the pressure gauge. When the indication is 0.05Mpa, please open the drain valve to realize continuous infusion;
2. Liquid inlet means filling liquid nitrogen into the tank. First open the vent valve, connect the infusion metal hose and the inlet / outlet valve interface, open the inlet / outlet valve, fill liquid nitrogen from the inlet / outlet valve, and close the inlet / outlet valve after filling liquid nitrogen.
Attention to the operation of storage and transportation valves of self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank:
1. If the tank is used to store biological samples or components that need to be frozen, the inlet / outlet valve and booster valve should be closed first. Remember that the vent valve must be opened;
2. If low temperature medium is required for transportation in this tank, the operation of each valve is the same as the storage function. At the same time, pay attention to that the base circle of the container can not be directly placed on the transport vehicle, and the cushion at the bottom of the packing box should be placed under the base ring. It is better to add a wooden box and fix it on the vehicle with ropes.
